Rehab flat water blast to test out the Achilles.
It's not quite there yet but getting close.
Also gave me chance to try the 2012 Exocet SCross 126 nicely powered up with the 7.1m Silverline. Very impressed with the ease of use, and also how little effort it needed to get up and going. Smooth at the corners too, even with my dodgy footwork (part rusty, part still not fixed).
Sailed for around 90 mins but in 3 mini sessions to ensure didn't overdo it.
Borrowed gps for one burst, was sailing quite conservatively tbh but apparently got a 22knot average over 500m with 24knot peak just cruising so I suspect real potential for easy speed with this freeride board :)
Nice to have a sail with Lea who was absolutely loving the Exocet RS4!!!
